Terms and Conditions
The full amount will be taken from your credit card upon reservation.
A deposit of 200 Euros will be taken for all bookings – this is refunded after your departure.
Your deposit will be deducted for the cost of any bottles of Champayne, wine, beer or water opened from the drinks cabinet during your stay.
In the event of cancellation before 21 days, a refund of 75% of the full booking will be given.
For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival: the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any injuries that may be incurred at No 46.
After your departure, the apartment will be checked for any damage and/or missing items such as CDs, books, towels, etc. If anything is missing you will be charged accordingly. If you notice anything is damaged or missing during your stay, please notify the owners at once.
By ticking the box, you agree to have your credit card charged for the full extent of your stay, for any drinks opened from the bar and in the event of any damages or items found to missing after your departure.
