Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 200 Euros will be taken for all bookings – this is refunded after your departure.
Your deposit will be deducted for the cost of any bottles of Champayne, Wine, Beer or Bottled water opened from the honesty bar during your stay.
The full amount is due 30 days before date of arrival.
In the event of cancellation before 21 days, a refund of 75% of the full booking will be given.
For cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival: the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for any injuries that may be incurred at No 46.
If you would like to just pay the deposit to secure the booking, and then the balance no later than 30 days then please email us for details on payment method.
We except payment through Paypal, Credit Cards and Direct bank Transfers.
